[Cogwork] Item - Gearshift Stopclock

I'm in awe of the edge embossing and center engraving details that can be done quickly in Photoshop. It looks really ornate (from a distance anyway). Each of the edge designs do seem to imply some sort of connection to the planes - could you figure out what they are?

Gearshift Stopclock
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) 

This minute stopwatch can be used as a spellcasting focus. Once per turn, when you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher that requires a spell attack roll through this watch and hit your target, your target’s walking speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. 

Spellcasting. This stopwatch has 5 charges and regains 1d4+1 expended charges daily at dawn. While you hold this watch, you can use an action to expend the necessary number of charges to cast one of the following spells from it (spell save DC 15): expeditious retreat (1 charge), haste (2 charges), slow (2 charges). When taking this action, you can expend 1 additional charge to change its casting time to a bonus action instead.

Time Undone. While you hold this stopwatch, you can use an action to undo the effects of an attack or a spell of 5th-level or lower. The attack or spell must have been made or cast within 60 feet of you since the start of your previous turn. If you choose an attack, its damage is undone, any hit points lost this way are restored and any effects directly caused by the attack ends, though this cannot restore a dead creature to life. If you choose a spell, you must also expend a number of charges equal to the spell’s level, after which the spell’s effect harmlessly ends. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
