[Tools] Item - Amplified Loupe

I just learned that loupes are a specialized form of magnifying glass for jewelers to inspect gems. I designed the mechanics thematically around the magnifying glass (identification, burning) and visually around the emerald because that's a hella cool color!

Such magnifying lenses are exorbitantly expensive and difficult to find. The last alleged location of such a lens was in the hands of an unassuming master jeweler, called to inspect and maintain the Numarruan crown jewels. Coincidentally, the much reviled Numarruan prince went missing later that week.

Amplified Loupe
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a character proficient with jeweler's tools)

You can use this magnifying lens as jeweler's tools to inspect gemstones. While attuned, you also double your proficiency bonus to ability checks made using jeweler's tools. Creatures unaware of the lens's properties initially perceive it as a simple tool and can use an action to recognize its true purpose by succeeding on a DC 15 Intelligence (Arcana or Investigation) check.  This lens has 7 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d4+3 expended charges daily at dawn. 

Magnificent Spellcasting. You can use an action to expend the necessary charges to cast one of the following spells from the lens (spell save DC 15): blur (2 charges), enlarge (2 charges), identify (1 charge), scorching ray (charges equal to spell level, up to 4th).

Identify Weakness. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to peer through the lens and identify a weakness in a target you can see within 60 feet of you. You learn its resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities, if any. You can expend 1 additional charge to grant advantage to the next attack roll made against the target before the start of your next turn.
