I feel like most people who haven’t experienced suicidal ideation end up saying the wrong thing, and like that’s possible for people with experience as well but I think they’re less likely to say something offensive. Most people don’t understand suicide and why someone would choose it. Once you do understand it you can have more meaningful discourse about it.

I love how you unleashed the wild chaos of the Daddies cast while also keeping the dramatic tension and poetic justice of the narrative. I had trouble keeping my car straight because I kept cracking up from the the one-liners and goofs. Esther did a great job with the esiting and Big Shane riffs too. You guys are the best 😂.

I think I'll probably suffer lifelong depression for it, but on the flip side he was abusive and unstable so maybe I am safer without him in my life. I super relate to Anthony's comment about a good reason not to commit suicide is how it will affect others. I feel fortunate, almost suicide resilient because of that lesson learned. And to Beth's comment about fundamentally disagreeing on whether or not life is worth living, well, this is our burden. To make our minds and our physical spaces habitable. I wish all the good luck in the world who struggle on this path. Find kindness in yourself, for yourself.
