Its a musical song, its got ties to his joker persona, and listening back to it as an adult in the 21st century it has a strange sadness to it despite the cheery lyrics and show tunes, much like hermie trying to cover up his empty identity crisis self with layer after layer of costumes

Her song “Believe” was the first popular song to do that effect, and it inspired songs like “Blue” by Eiffel 65 and (I’m sure) artists like T-Pain.

Also, antenna interference can be eliminated with a Fermi cage. Don't know the size of the antenna, but isolation can go bad. Talk to the owners of the antenna and see when they last did maintenance. Excess rf radiation is not good.
