Its usually mostly american culture we're exposed to, and if anything - as they talked about in this episode - I finally feel like I'm "represented" in anything American. I've had to teach my Italian family how to pronounce British place names, the trick is to use as little effort as possible. eg Bournemouth = "born-muff" Birmingham = "birming-um" Worcestershire = "Wusstuhsher" We never say "-Shire" the way they do in The Hobbit.
