It's like you love magic, go to a magic show and then hang out with the magician and get to experience not only the magic show but why they love doing magic in the first place so you get to enjoy the passion as well as the art. Now, I fucking hate magic shows, but after this and taLking dad's, I feel like I'm in on the joke, I'm passionate about the project, and because they're so talented and funny to begin with, when they reach greatness they didn't even expect, it's a triumph I was rooting for because the element of random risk/reward through DnD mechanics keeps everyone just a bit more alert than if this was a traditional comedy project that was set in stone through writers we never know or see and actors were forced to give a shit about in order to make it even work. And every single person on this podcast do these insane impossible things that do seem like magic but come off as being effortless, passionate, and brilliant.
