I already loved Anthony as a DM and how Beth has played Ron... When Ron has to say goodbye and Anthony breaks... This absolutely shattered my heart. This moment cut me more to my core and as much as they talk about not being on par with critrole/dimension 20.... This ranks as one of the most emotionally intense role play scenes in all of dnd actual/live play streams/casts including both crit role and d20

As a survivor of narcissist abuse holy shit you did an amazing job with this episode. The perfect description of being afraid to do anything because you're always "wrong"

Everyone was amazing, but hearing Anthony actually crying in reaction to Beths little Ron acting excellence broke me. These past two episodes are golden.

Incredible episode ! Beths and Anthony's performances were amazing and I wish I had a support system like the dads. Anyway thanks for making me tear up mid afternoon before a zoom meeting

It’s now canon that Darryl had the ultimate handshake that was felt throughout his entire life, right? So, on Darryl’s death bed surrounded by family he then feels an on odd sensation grasping his hand, remember who is it is and smiles because he’s then reminded of the greatest adventure he’s ever had and dies with a smile on his face
It literally made myself cry thinking of that… 😂😂
