Chad I have to admit that I usually enjoy your music. However this Nutcracker Suite music made me feel like I was going insane while listening to it. You almost got me into your death cult. Good try. I’m glad I still get to continue living though.

I’m gonna play these tracks this Christmas, and when my family asks I’ll finally get to use the “This IS Christmas music!” quote from Die Gard.

Love this! Fascinating how I recognise almost all of these melodies, even though I never seen the ballet. They really are so widespread in culture. Looking forward to hearing the origin story during the next couple of weeks.

This is stupendous. I'm having a hard time getting festive this year and I really needed something like this to kick my holiday ass into holiday gear.

"The Nutcracker and the deadmau5 King" by E. D. M. Hoffmann is just what I needed this holiday season! Seriously, though, this rules. It reminded me of how the classic Lemmings video game interpreted Dance of the Reed Flutes.

I would love to hear a discussion of The Nutcracker. I’m obsessed with the character of Drosselmeyer, I feel like there needs to be a lot more stories about him.

I can't wait to hear y'all talk about the Nutcracker! I grew up practicing ballet and one year, I got cast as the Rat king in our company's Nutcracker show. It's definitely the best part to play because you get carried off stage by a bunch of eight year old rat children!
