Having to fight a guy with a magic flaming sword is absolutely terrifying for him but this time his fight or flight response was to fight.

But The Lord has deemed The Hound innocent, but saw fit to keep Berric alive after Thoros prayed for his revival. Agreed on the actress being ideal for the lead for a Horizon Zero Dawn film. She would be perfect for the role. What I like about the raunchy scene between Ygritte and Jon is that it serves a narrative purpose; it was Ygritte making Jon break his vows and thus reinforcing her backing of him. That and she was thirsty for his "Long Claw" :P That said Jon and Ygritte are cute together, it helps that they're a real life couple as well, though that all came later. Olenna was not entirely being mean to Tyrion, she expected him to be a drunken letch, but sees that the rumors about him are unfounded. If anything she expressed disinterest in him, but acknowledged that the rumors about him are completely wrong. What Karstark did was insubordination ergo actual treason. I get his anger; Robb leaving Karstark's son to guard Jaime was stupid and Catelyn letting him go, while understandable, was also short sighted as it has led to a divide in Robb's camp. But Catelyn, Talisa, and Edmure were right; keeping Karstark alive as a hostage is the best course of action as it keeps The Karstark forces in line. With Karstark dead over killing Lannisters, his forces will return home and abandon Robb's cause. Robb has won every battle, but he is losing the war. All Tywin has to do is literally wait for The North to turn on itself. Stannis' wife is a nut. She gave birth to three stillborns. I believe that contributed to her decline in sanity, if not is the sole cause of it. Stannis still remains devoted to her though, which I respect. He does feel genuine guilt for cheating on her despite that his wife is all "I wept with joy"
