2025-01-01 22:16:46 +0000 UTCPikachu's Thunder attack (Not to be confused with Thundershock) Was a literal game changing move. Pikachu needs to be pretty high level to pull it off but once unlocked there wasn't a stronger electric attack....................In my opinion anyway.

As to who would win, probably electabuzz since he’s electric, but scyther has some attacks that will take its opponent down with one strike. Moves such as guillotine.
