“A horrid, shiver-inducing feeling fills the air around this magically imbued necklace. Whispers speak of a broken man fueled by his desire to resurrect his lost fiancee. He succeeded in trapping her soul inside the necklace… only to say his farewells a day later when he stubbed his toe and the pain magically dissipated by draining her soul. Clearly, this piece of jewelry did not work as intended.”
You can use an action on a creature within 5 feet of you and died less than 1 minute ago to collect their soul and trap it into your necklace. You can collect up to 3 souls (they count as charges). You can use an action to expend 1 charge to restore 1d6 of your hit points, draining the soul of its energy.

It is said that when one dies they are met by the ferryman at the River Styx and must pay a gold coin to cross over to whatever lies beyond. Fail to bring gold and the endless dark at the bottom of the river awaits. However, it’s said that there are ghastly coins that transcend the Styx, giving you a one-time ferry ride back to your second chance at life.”
You are under the magical effects of this magic item as long as you carry it with you.
Once in your lifetime, if your hit points were to drop to 0, you instead pay a coin and your hit points instead become 1.

“A dark gauntlet with a luminescent, ghastly stone embedded into its palm. Inside the stone are trapped souls whose agonies are used as a power to materialize a spear. When thrown, the spear leaves behind a shrilling sound.“
While wearing the gauntlet, you can use an action to throw a ghastly spear at a creature within 30 feet. The creature must succeed on a DC15 Dexterity saving throw or take 26(2d20+5) piercing damage and become *impaled for 1 minute.
Impaled: Whenever a ghastly spear hits the creature, it takes an additional 10(1d20) psychic damage for each ghastly spear already impaling it.

“This pair of blades are connected by a chain and partially made of an ethereal, otherworldly stone. It reeks of death and inflicts the worst kind of anguish with each of its strikes, terrorizing foes with their own demons and causing them severe mental pain.”
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When hit, the targeted creature must make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw to resist the magical effect of this weapon. On failure, the creature feels deep anguish swell up inside for 1 minute, building up 1 charge of *Anguish for the duration. You can have up to 3 charges.
Anguish: While anguished, the creature is considered frightened of you. While the creature is within 20 feet of you, you can use an action to expend all of the creature’s anguish and inflict 14(2d10+3) psychic damage for each charge expended. You regain hit points equal to half the damage inflicted and the creature is no longer under the effects of anguish.
