That wasn't just some random fortuneteller talking to Tsubame senpai. That was Kei and Miyuki's Dad, Mr. Shirogane himself. Who shares a voice actor with Dio himself. Also I forgot how much I loved this little mini-season they gave us. A lot of very mature, well-thought out observations in this. Especially considering how juvenile some of the maneuvers have made against each other throughout the series.
