weekly updates! #0

Hey everyone! I'm kinda new to this, so I might be a little goofy at first, but I guess it's probably more fun this way, right?  The way I'm going to set up these weekly updates is I'll drop a new update every Friday and they'll be divided into two bits: one bit for the games I'm working on and one bit for my personal life if you're interested in that sorta thing!  This post will be three bits because of this intro paragraph, but, hey, I'm shaking things up!  Keeping things fresh!  Also, this first update is free for everyone, but all the following updates will only be available for $1+ Patrons as a thank you for supporting me!

Anyhow, let's finally talk about the new game I'm working on right now!  I'm not sure if this is going to be the final title, but for the moment I'm calling it "The Fuzzy Road Home."  The game focuses on three furs in a poly relationship and how each of them relates to each other, views the world, and tackles problems.  It's very much a character and exploration focused game about how people grow and develop under pressure.  There are three chapters planned with each focusing on one of our brave heroes leading the group through a new area, overcoming new problems, and meeting new furs!  I'm also considering adding combat to make the world feel richer, but I'll have to think more on that.  I might put out a twitter poll, but if you could respond to this post with your thoughts on combat, that'd be amazing!  Unlike my other games, the runtime for this game will be significantly longer - about an hour or so!  I really want to show that I'm not just a one-trick poetwy pony, so expect a real adventure this time around!

As for how my personal life is going, I'll try to keep things brief!  I just celebrated New Years with my family and it was really fun!  It's a shame I couldn't celebrate with my friends because of Covid, but staying inside is really important!  I ate cake, watched fireworks from my bedroom, and slept like the little rodent I am!  That's about all for now, tune in next week for more specific deets about how the game is going to pan out! <3
