I find these sort of older anime tend to have HILARIOUSLY bad dubs to the point it makes it funnier to watch, almost like having a -10/10 score lmao. I actually prefer the dub for netflix since a lot of characters are American in later seasons; and characters like Baki or the antagonists have perfect-to-character voices, but the JP dub has some phenomenal legends too!

To be fair this is from over 20 years ago where anime hadn't quite hit mainstream yet, but Netflix definitely did a better job at picking their english cast. But would still recommend subs when moving on to the next season.
