Build 186: Duplicate and Restore

You can now duplicate articles via the Context Menu. A duplicated article has its contents and markers duplicated, and the same map and image assigned to it.
Known Issues:
* Child articles aren't duplicated along with it.
* Duplicating takes a second and there's no visual indication anything is happening.
* Article blocks like the subpage index refer to the original article rather than the duplicate. For now, simply erase the subpage index and replace it with another.
Trash Restore V1
Project owners can now recover deleted articles from your Project Trash. When an article is restored, the system attempts to put it back under it's previous parent and reassign its map and image. If an article's hierarchy can't be reconstructed, it's dropped into the root directory. If its parent was also deleted in the past but restored, the restored parent now has a different id and the hierarchy still won't be restored.
Icon Inheritance on Create
Sub-articles now inherit their icon from their super-article.
Sub-page Index Ordering
Subpage indexes now reflect real ordering of sub-articles.
Modules Infrastructure
Some large infrastructural leaps for the upcoming module system.
Delete-Process Improvements
It's now nigh-impossible to permanently delete articles.
