The dark skinned guy was Brain(from the seis) and he kind of gifted Ultear to Hades. This flashback also took place before The Seis were founded. Ultear is a complicated person, but I can mostly forgive her since Brain lied to both her and her mother. But yep all that is left now is to defeat the big man himself.
