I just don't think she expected it to be as painful as it was. Ronan has balls to openly rebel against Thanos, stone or not. The comradery amongst the GoTG is indeed awesome, it reminds me of The Strawhats or The Blackbulls; bunch of misfits who get along where it counts despite their bickering. "We Are Groot" Why do I always pick the worst time to cut onions? ;_; Drax comforting Rocket gets to me too. He gets that feeling of loss and his empathy is just amazing. Yondu was indeed amused that Quill did that. I don't think he'll actually try to kill him since even he had to admit that was a clever trick.
