Added 2019-01-14 05:53:40 +0000 UTCHey all, just wanted to update you on what I did this weekend. I got back final designs for the maps and wiki screens, and implemented both. The application is taking on a slick and harmonious form---It looks a lot different and polished than it did, but still retains the same vibe. While I was at it, I added a few little quality-of-life things, such as editing articles from the map screen, and adding a "Mentioned in" section on the wiki page to show what articles link to the article you're currently viewing.
I decided the secret feature had gotten big enough, so I split it into two different screens. Now both are easier to use than their previously combined form. I've started styling their respective screens to match the Wiki and Atlas, but I'm also waiting on some design specs before I can finish them up. Sorry for all the secrecy, but I can say that these two features focus on the creative writing process, and I think you'll really like them.
I'm planning on commissioning the artist that did the demo map to do a few accessory images, like potions, weapons, etc. It would be nice to have some original art for your LegendKeeper account to assign to articles. Maybe I'll even get some non-fantasy stuff done; it seems like sci-fi could use some love :P
Three day weekend next weekend so I'm hoping to get a lot done. Sorry for the rambling tone; I'm super sleepy!
