I honestly think Karen is better than her. Like in this episode Karen was putting Angela in her place for being a bitch, but Pam just got in the way because she felt sorry. Realistically though Karen was in the right and people Angela really need to be taught a lesson. Instead because of Pam, Angela probably feels like she won.
