Since we've already got animals as customers, I thought we'd make it the Prehistoric Cafe, complete with animatronic dinosaurs and waterfalls to provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
I also thought most of the service staff -- waiters, servers, busboys -- would be arboreal, performing their duties while suspended upside-down from overhead branches and vines.
