Just a reminder, Curtis. Nana Shimura, the 7th wielder of One For All/All Might's mentor/Gran Torino's friend is Shigaraki's grandmother. However she gave her son up for adoption at a a young age due to her not wanting him to be found by All For One and hurt/killed/used against her. She left him a letter explaining this and it led to him hating heroes and abusing Shigaraki for wanting to be one. Shigaraki grew to hate heroes as well when no one helped him after he accidentally killed his family (he killed his father on purpose though). All For One eventually found him wandering around and took him in, though it's speculated that he knew Shigaraki's connection to Nana for awhile, so her efforts were fruitless.

You think its ok for villains to destroy society because the law doesn't condone heroes being allowed to commit murder? What if the "Criminal" in question is just someone's who's quirk is out of control, under the rules that heroes are allowed to kill, the heroes would just merk the poor guy for being unable to control his quirk. Applying a no killing rule would also invite more bloodthirsty individuals into the heroes' roster and give too much power to heroes. This very situation occurred in a separate manga for MHA where a guy started exuding poisonous gas without him meaning to. His power was brought under control, but he was still convicted because his powers did real harm. While it is extraordinarily unfair for him to take fault in this situation it was still better than just killing him outright because of his powers.
While them not being allowed to use their quirks to defend themselves is very unfair and contradictory to being a hero, it's not the biggest reason these villains are villains. The reason many of these villains are villains (The Legue specifically) is because of being discriminated against because of their powers and what their powers can do to their appearance. A lack of understanding and poor decisions on societies end is what birthed these villains. Toga wouldn't be a villain now if her parents had actually tried to understand and tried to get her help instead of shunning her which led to her bottling up her emotions. The lizard guy became a villain partially because he was discriminated against because of his looks.
Like a no-kill rule and unfair laws when it comes to self-defense really lands at the bottom of the list of problems these people encountered before becoming villains. They such but they're not the big reasons why these villains want to destroy society.
On the batman end of things, I'm talking about how the Heroes of MHA are held to the same laws as anyone else and that they have to obey them unless they want to be treated like the villains they catch. Batman and other heroes like him aren't bound by these laws because they are already breaking laws by being vigilantes. They are both held by the same principles, but the Heroes are working under the law and Batman isn't. He has much more leeway to work with because to the law he's already considered a criminal.

Allowing Heroes to kill would create a FAR more fucked up society than one where they can't, the justification manipulation and system abuse would be off the charts

You explaining this just makes me want to root for the villains to destroy society, very much deserved destruction if your society is that stuff on its laws and inflexible. Now with Shiguraki there was a brief moment when he was completely vulnerable, that’s the only chance I have to end this I would take it.
Also the Batman thing isn’t literally batman but that they hold the same value as him.

The thing is in MHA Heroes aren't the same as Batman, Batman is a vigilante, someone who's taking justice into their own hands despite the fact it's not exactly legal. In MHA heroes are very much legally bound by the laws of society. It's the same reason that Quirk users can't properly defend themselves with their Quirks until they get the necessary license to do so. Batman doesn't kill because of moral reasons A-C while Heroes of MHA don't kill because that's literally not their job, if they do it then they have broken a law and now need to be punished for it. Thier job is to save lives and apprehend criminals, their quite literally not allowed to kill for the same reasons as anyone else, they might have leeway with self-defense but when you have superpowers what qualifies as "self-defense" and what would qualify as "murder"?
Now if we are specifically talking about the situation with Shiguraki, he is just refusing to die even if they wanted to kill him and I think by this point they do, he just keeps getting up and getting stronger and just won't die. Midoriya is hitting him with 100% while Endeavor is hitting him with everything he's got, if they're not trying to kill him then their trying to beat him into a coma.

Everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong. Look I ain’t no hero but at some point you have to admit this Batman mentality of capturing and not killing the biggest threats is a bit of an issue…and I get it they’re hero’s and that’s what hero’s do but at some point you let enough innocent people die and will continue to take that risk.

Regarding Momo's power, she can create objects from her hands, actually any part of her skin (that's why her costume has so many gaps in it so she has more areas to create items). In that particular scene she was creating large bundles of dynamite and needed a larger surface area to create them thus using her chest/stomach. Yes, it's also for fanservice, but fanservice with a lore explanation behind it heh.
Yea, and regarding Mina screwing up because of her flashback. It's a bit of a running joke that female students (and female heroes in general) get way few cooler moments compared to the male ones. One of the other reasons why people were so excited when Mirko showed up as she's a female hero that kicked extensive ass.

I gotta hand it to the villains. If their preparations had been complete and they were allowed to initiate the first move on their terms I don't think there is any force that could have stopped them.

The fight scene with Gigantomachia was so well done. Once again, I love how everyone gets a chance to shine. Fun fact - when the manga chapter came out where Kaminari got hit with the concrete, so many people thought he was dead and were freaking out, lol.
Goshhhh and the Shigaraki scene... the music, the visuals, everything is just so hard-hitting. And that cliffhanger! Poor Aizawa :(((
