I ended up binge watching Horimiya because you introduced me to it. And let me tell you, you're in for a treat. What I like about this story is how fast the story advances, compared to other Anime RomComs. There's none of this "will they won't they" crap that so many Anime RomComs do. Where the most we get maybe is a kiss at the end of the series, or in the case of some Anime after three seasons. Instead we had our kiss in the first half of the series and now in this episode they've had sex. And the thing is they didn't have to show us it happening, they just put us in a situation where that's likely where it'd lead. And let our imaginations do the rest for us. It feels natural, the sort of pace a high school couple might actually move at. Of course it's also somewhat idealized/romanticized because after all it is fiction. But at the same time there's a certain kernel of authenticity to it all.
