Having watched this as it was airing as a kid I feel the need to bring up that the Canadian channels it was released for, primarily Teletoon and eventually YTV; had very strict runtime limitations on shows. Episodes would often be made for 25 minute timeslots instead of 30 with similar ads, I think it's why this episode not only missed a vote but the opening too... just Cramming in more story instead.
