Hey guys. Many have asked questions about reintroducing problematic foods. The fiber article covers this, but I wanted to make an actual video going a little more into detail for those that are confused.

This is a general blueprint for transition from an extreme diet (like carnivore) to a balanced diet. Even if you aren’t on a carnivore diet of super restricted, this will give you strategies for gradually building back into eating ‘trouble’ foods.

Final Diet sample 1 -- remove promaltic foods and increase from non-problmatic to meet caloric needs depending on where you are

1. Coffee, protein powder, 1/2 tsp MCT oil, 1/2 tsp macadamian oil. Sunfuber, collagen (blend)

2. Shake -- blueberries, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sheep yogurt, ginger root avacodo collagen, broccoli sprouts. Small serving keifer. Blend

3. Eggs, chopped onions, Rice, sprouted quinioa, olive oil

4. Salmon, chicken, read meat (rotate them) avacodo, cooked carrots

Final Diet sample 2

1. Coffee, protein powder, 1/2 tsp MCT oil, 1/2 tsp walnut oil. Sunfiber, collagen (blend), HMO'S.

2. Shake -- Pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, peel powder, ginger root, sprouted sunflower seeds, sheep yogurt, avacodo, collagen

3. Turkey or chicken with sprouted mung beans. olive oil OR egg sanwitch on sourdough with organic cheese

4. Salmon, chicken, red meat avacodo, cooked bellpeppers.


Transitional supplements to help with food intolerances. Can be added in at any time

1. Tributyrin from HealthyGut -- 2 capsules daily. one capsule with each meal. Can hlp with histamine and general food intolerance. Use for 2-3 months max then cycle off.

2. Digsestive enzymes (mitolife digest it all) -- one serving with problematic meals

3. BetaineHCL -- 1-2 capsules. Same stragety as enzymes

4. DAO enzyme from seeking health for histamine sensitivity. one serving before high histamine foods (berries, avacodo etc)

5. Quercitin from DoNotAge for histamine sensitivity. One serving 30min before high histamine foods. Can be blended in shakes.

6. Ginger root to improve gut motiltiy and gas
