The 8 most powerful supplements you’ve probably never heard of

1. Molecular hydrogen
Molecular hydrogen is colorless, odorless, tasteless non-toxic gas. At a molecular level, H2 acts as a selective antioxidant. It has been found to selectively reduce levels of hydroxyl radicals (the most cytotoxic an d damaging of the reactive oxygen species, without affecting other ROS which play a role as signaling molecules during things like exercise. Nitric oxide is a good example. The mechanism by which molecular hydrogen exerts its effects is thought to be related to its ability to modulate signal transduction pathways and gene expression, leading to an anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, and anti-allergic impact. H2 can easily diffuse across membranes and enter into the mitochondria and nucleus, where it may reduce oxidative stress and modulate gene expression

I really like hydrogen4health.com for small hydrogen water generators and larger machines. I have the HX900 device for inhilation. If you want to get a hydrogen water bottle, I would recommend only purchasing from here. Most products use cheap parts that leach topics into the water
2. Peptide bio-regulators
Bio-regulators are ultra short chain peptides that are synthesized in the body and have been found to play various roles in modulating various physiological processes. They function by binding to specific receptors on the cell surface or within the cell, thereby influencing the function of the target cells. bio-regulators can act as regulators of gene expression, protein synthesis, cell differentiation, and metabolism. They are involved in the homeostasis maintenance and have been shown to have a potential in slowing down degenerative processes and restoring the function of various organ systems. Some bio-regulators have even been demonstrated to regenerate organs like the heart after damage

The link bellow sells all of my favorite oral bio-regulators. For general health, Endoluten, pinealon, and bio-regulators for immune health are good. You can also pick and choose based on specific organs you want to support such as chelohart for the heart of taxorest for the lungs. Sigmuir is great for the joints. Ideally, bio-regulators should be run for 20-30 days at 2-4 capsules. I like to use them 3-4x a year in short cycles.

3. Modified citrus pectin
Citrus pectin (specifically modified citrus pectin) is a complex polysaccharide obtained from the peel and pulp of citrus fruits. MCP is modified to improve its solubility and bioavailability, allowing for better absorption into the bloodstream. It is known for its ability to bind to galectin-3, a protein that plays a significant role in cell cell adhesion, inflammation, and tumor progression. By interacting with galectin-3, MCP can inhibit the metastatic spread of cancer cells. Additionally, MCP are extremely effective as removing heavy metals like lead and arsenic from the body, and have also been used to treat heart disease and prevent fibrosis (scar tissue accumulation)

Citrus pectin is something I like to throw in my shakes occasionally through out the year. It’s a great way to prevent heavy metals from accumulating in the body. I do cycles of 3-4 months occasionally on and off. For aggressive detox, you can build up to 3 scoops daily. I usually use 1 as a gentle ‘cleanse’. Because gelactin-3 is a big player in long COVID,citrus pectin could help.
4. Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPM)
SPM's are a class of bioactive lipids derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). These mediators are essential for the resolution phase of inflammation, acting to restore tissue homeostasis after injury or damage. They function by promoting the clearance of inflammatory cells, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine production, and stimulating tissue regeneration. SPMs include lipoxins, resolvins, protectins, and maresins, each with distinct butoverlapping actions that orchestrate the resolution of inflammation through multiple pathways. SPM's also help muscles release stem cells.

SPM’s are great for injuries, particularly issues with lots of inflammation (think tendinitis). They can also be used prophylactic during hard training sessions for recovery. They’re one of the few supplements I notice a difference with in terms of DOM’s. They’re about as powerful as an advil, but they don’t blunt the inflammatory response. For injuries, mega-dose 6 capsules daily until the bottle runs out, then reduce your dose down to 2-3 a day. For hard training sessions, take 2-3 capsules daily, or 4-6 capsules only on hard sessions. SPM’s are also great to take when you’re sick
5. Spore based probiotic
Spore based probiotics consist of bacterial endospores, which are robust, dormant forms of bacteria capable of surviving harsh environmental conditions. They've even been found alive in space. Upon reaching the gastrointestinal tract, these spores germinate into active bacteria that can confer health benefits. Spore formers, such as bacillus species, are known for their ability to produce antimicrobial compounds, compete with pathogenic bacteria, and enhance the mucosal barrier function. They help in modulating the gut microbiota, thereby improving gut health, enhancing immune function, and potentially reducing inflammation-related disorders. These are NOT you typical probiotics

Spore based probiotics are the one thing on the list here that everyone should be using year round. Hands down. After an initial phase to get the gut healthy (dosing daily for 3-4 months) you can reduce down to dosing once every other day to save money.

6. Plasmalogens
Plasmalogens are a unique class of phospholipids. They are particularly abundant in the membranes of neurons and cardiac cells. Plasmalogens serve not only as structural components of cell membranes but also play roles in membrane fluidity, ion transport, and as reservoirs for second messengers. Their antioxidant properties are attributed to the their ether bond, which can scavenge peroxyl radicals and protect cells from oxidative stress( similar to hydrogen). Plasmalogens are also involved in cholesterol metabolism and the regulation of cell signaling pathways and are currently being studied as an extremely powerful therapy for dementia, ALS, MS, traumatic brain energy and other neuro degenerative conditions

Plasmalogens are not something I personally take. But they can be particularly useful as a preventative measure (especially if you have the APOE4 gene mutation for dementia, or have other neurological diseases that run in the family). They’re extremely useful to use preventatively if you play a contact sport. They’re probably the best thing you can use to treat concussions. If you’ve had a history of head trauma (even if it was old), using plasmalogens for a few months could be very helpful. They’re also fantastic for psychological disorders like Autisim and depression and for cancer prevention. They are expensive, so I’d consider dosing every other day unless you’re dealing with a serious issue like myocarditis or long COVID (which they’ve also been shown to benefit dramatically).

7. Deuterium depletion
DD is a therapeutic approach that involves reducing the levels of deuterium, a stable 'heavy' isotope of hydrogen, in the body. This is not misfiled hydrogen. Deuterium can interfere with cellular processes b altering the kinetics of enzymatic reactions due to its heavier mass compared to hydrogen. High levels of deuterium can lead to increased oxidative stress. mitochondrial dysfunction, and DNA damage. Deuterium depletion strategies aim to lower deuterium levels through dietary modifications, lifestyle interventions, and supplementation with deuterium- depleted drinking water mainly. Red light therapy can help create deuterium depleted intra-cellular water

DD water is very expensive and costly to make. So it really only makes sense to use it if you have cancer (which it’s very effective for. I have included a video bellow to watch on it to undesirable the biology. Cancer is obviously very serious so this isn’t something to proceed forward with without the right info ) or another serious health condition. If you can afford it, it’s also great for cancer prevention if you know you’re at risk. It can benefit exercise performance considerably due to its beneficial impact on the mitochondria. Exposure to red light also increases our supply of deterium depleted, intra cellular water. For preventative purposes, drink 1/4 or your water daily (dillute regular water with your DD water) as DD water. For most this will be half a liter of 10PPM DD water

Comments
Id probably load up on consistent dosing of them daily for 1-2 months. Then pull back. Could mega dose before and after fights (2-3 servings). Then maybe go a moth on and a month off continually
