Taking a Dip Pages 13-14 *WIP Colors*
Added 2022-05-10 12:01:02 +0000 UTCThis will be quite the hurdle to draw with the water effects, as it will be transparent in most panels this time. It will make it look better, but also more difficult to draw. When I did it in page 2 it looked quite good though, better than the plain texture for the regular water panels. Oh well
