In the original script it just said that he noticed the heartbeat getting louder. I figured it would make a good visual of that by actually showing the heart in relation to the stomach, instead of just a soundeffect. But since i have never drawn, well, any organs ever, it would become a challenge. (I figured the first time i would have to do so, is if i ever include a realistic gore scene when drawing an action manga. Which of course won't happen any time soon.)
Other than getting dozen of reference images for that, it has been kinda fun.
Now that it has been finished, i think i can say, i was successful :)

This has come out so well, I love it. It really gives the sense of being "inside", and how deep he is in her.
