A Deepsight into: the "LIGHTFALL" print!

First off, i gotta say thank you to all of you still here supporting me and specially those who bought the print! Really helps me keep going and bringing my artistic vision to your life!

PS: Deepsight is just a pun for "Deep Insight" and also a TWQ reference, to bear with me >:)
This piece took me about 50 hours to get completely done, and i'm glad it was so
well received. So, let's dive into it!

1_ COMPOSITION - I always enjoy the "cliche movie poster" format composition. Specially for such a DLC so deeply rooted into the 80s and 90s aesthetics. It's easy to work on, and not as tiring to get right. This time i went for a "diamond" composition, with emphasis on both the front guardian and on the Witness.
- TIP: Don't be shy of observing and studying what others do with composition. There is only a limited amount of positions you can get your character, so don't shy away from inspiring yourself and giving your personal touch!

2_ COLORS - Pretty expected, huh? Lightfall is all about those neon colours. I did make sure to let the Green EXCLUSIVELY to our guardians, so it pops more and give the main character vibes to the piece.
I made heavy use of photobashing and color dodging to achieve the strand glows. It's always important to test it yourself and make sure it blends well.
- TIP: Always apply a "brighter colour" layer with the darkest shadow on your drawing so it unifies all the shadow colours. It saves you a ton of time, gets you a nice "low contrast" effect, and unifies the whole piece. Just be sure to not overdo it, as contrast is ESSENTIAL for creating a interesting piece.

3_ CHARACTERS: This was tricky. Getting the lighting good enough on all characters was a challenge, specially considering i went so bold with the colours. Do it one by one and keep adding more details later, saves you time if you decide to scrap one, and keeps the workflow fun.
- TIP: Play with poses! Sometimes you decide a weird pose and it turns out pretty nice on a finalized product. I went BALLISTICS with the tormentor pose, and it worked well enough to give some more depth to the composition.

Feel free to ask me any questions you have about this piece down bellow!
