Hello, I just came here to let you know, my dears, that I was a little away from work. I had to take a break because after 10 years I had an anxiety attack. It all started because of a strong allergy that attacked me. Because of it, I lost a few nights of sleep, and this triggered a series of problems. On Friday I was hospitalized with severe headaches and after being medicated I was sedated. So I lost the entire weekend because of this. However, on Monday the headaches were gone, but the anxiety was very strong and I couldn't sleep. I would fall asleep and a minute later I would wake up with rapid breathing. I was medicated again, and I'm doing a little treatment for anxiety now. Last night I finally managed to sleep a full night after 2 weeks. Today I'm going to try to get back to my activities slowly.
