2021-09-06 22:08:11 +0000 UTCNow I can talk about the witches. My favorite episodes this season involve the witches that reside in the graveyard. Minerva is my personal favorite and I like the detail of Pride noting that even though Subaru isn't a "bad guy" he does seem to thing he's a "sinner". This is probably a reference in that he is now blaming himself more than he did in the past season when it came to his RESET's.

2021-09-06 17:55:43 +0000 UTCThe witches are hilarious, and terrifying, because they all kind of embody the idea of being fixated on their ideals (sometimes with good intentions) but going way too far. Would love to have a whole spinoff series just focused on the the witches all hanging out and dealing with every day life issues.

2021-09-06 16:27:15 +0000 UTCI had finally managed to catch the time to binge both parts of Season 2 of this show. Have to say the show totally broke its formula in both parts in different ways, and both of them good! What i can mention without spoilers right now is that you might have noticed Subaru's outlook on Return by Death has somewhat changed. Hes begun to rely on it as a crutch rather than a last means option, which is why last time he was so pissed at Beatrice for saving him temporarily, he has started to be afraid of his checkpoint being moved to a place after something bad had already happened where he couldn't just kill himself and reset. This is also fueled by his checkpoint moving after he had lost Rem.

2021-09-06 14:41:08 +0000 UTCThis is one of my favorite episodes. From getting to meet the other witches, to one of the creepiest and well done introductions to Envy herself. Also that Roswall reveal, "try not to make any mistakes next time, Natsuki Subaru," gave me chills when I watched it.
