That was just... too easy xD When I read the word for this day it wasn't even a question what kind of breed what I will draw!
Don't worry about the dog, they are perfectly fine like this, it's natural, that they have this corded coat, like dreadlocks. I remember about an animal shelter tv-show where someone called the shelter because they thought there is an owner who keeps their dog in horrible situation and doesn't care about it. But turned out, that the dog wasn't in trouble, it was just a puli :"D So yeah, it's a funny looking dog, but they are REALLY clever, cute, agile and have so much energy!
