Zoe Brown's 'Weekly' Update (12/4/22)

Sorry I forgot the weekly update last week, the (US) Thanksgiving Holiday threw me for a loop.
I've just finished work on Part Two (and the conclusion) to Trick-or-Treat, which I have now submitted to Amazon for publishing. The work on this story took longer than anticipated. About a week ago I was stuck at around 22,000 words, trying to squeeze the remainder of the story (three lengthy chapters) into 8,000 words while actually needing about 20,000 more. I wound up going back and editing out about 5000 words of circular inner monologue spread throughout the story that I decided I could simplify down into a short, simple, five-hundred-or-so-word paragraph, and then added the three remaining chapters and came out at about 42,500 words in total. I hope you will enjoy them! I think this is one of my better post-transformation story installments (though under optimal circumstances I would have spread the action out across two follow-up installments instead of just one.)
I move on now to Doppelgangers 9 and 10, and then to finishing off Old Hollywood Magic (Part One.)
