Okay, so we're going to try something new... FEEDBACK THREADS (Please Read)

As a writer, I thrive on reader feedback. The problem is, I'm getting practically none lately. When people say that they like my stories, it energizes me and makes it easier for me to write more and faster. When people leave me detailed feedback about what scenes and lines they like and why (and which ones they don't), it helps me to sharpen my writing and make it better. But when the only feedback (aside from the commissioner's) I receive on a story is being downvoted to ZERO on Reddit, it's really discouraging to me. It makes me feel like 'what's the point?' and 'why shouldn't I just go write (non-TG) Erotic Romance novels like all the other successful writers on Amazon?'

In a couple of months I will run out of commissions to work on, and at that point I'm going to have to seriously reassess what I'm doing here. Making $600-1000 dollars a month in book sales plus commission fees (this month might be slightly better than average. Sales were really good for Apartment 2B Part Three) is barely enough money to eat on and I'm constantly worried about paying the bills, but I keep writing these stories because I used to get a lot of positive feedback on them. Lately I get barely any.

So, we're going to try something new. Whenever I release a new story, I am going to post a 'FEEDBACK THREAD' for the release that every patron can access. My ask to you is this: if you read one of my books, PLEASE come back and tell me what you think afterwards. Two or three lines, at the least, of 'I liked this because...' or 'I didn't like this because...' to help me keep staying motivated to write these stories and refining them so that they please my readers better.

Of course, as previously mentioned, I always encourage readers to leave me (HONEST) reviews on Amazon and Goodreads, as well, as those help me reach additional readers (FYI: If you have tried to leave me a review in the past and could not, feel free to try again now. Amazon has recently loosened restrictions on who may and may not leave reviews, and even if you don't have time to write a full review they will allow you to leave a 1-to-5 star rating without a review) but at the bare minimum please come back HERE and tell me what you think of a story so that I can understand how people feel about my work, and whether or not I'm actually accomplishing anything here churning out these stories week after week.

Thank you,

Zoe
