Celebrity Casting for Julia, from 'The Woman You Make Me'
Added 2020-05-15 23:00:02 +0000 UTCIn the past I have held 'Casting Calls' for my male to female gender bending characters, but usually only one person (props to Adam) responds to these, heh, so I thought perhaps you guys would just prefer it if I let you know, up front, who I'd like to see play or represent the character (you know, in an alternate universe where I get to cast anyone in the world to play my characters in a movie or a tv series and can grant them topnotch acting ability, etc. etc.) As always, I'd like to stress that I don't base my characters on any real people, but I can't help but imagine certain beautiful celebrities taking on the role of my characters from time to time.
Sooooo.... without further ado: if I could cast any woman in the world to play the part of the gender-transformed Julian-cum-JULIA of The Woman You Make Me, I would cast....
Danik Michell! A 25 year old Brazillian Supermodel whom I have nursed a small crush on for the past few years. She wasn't my original first choice for the character, but as I thought about this casting call while I edited and revised parts two and three of the story I happened to run across a picture of her, and after thinking the idea over for a few days and considering a few other women, I had to admit that she was the perfect visual choice for 'Julia.'
