Michael 8.1 First Impression (1)
Added 2021-02-05 14:35:05 +0000 UTCThis was actually my very first more serious rendering of M 8.1. They made a college boy out of him. I'm personally not so into these younger looking characters, so this will be the one and only "out of the box" use of him for me.

I really have to dig a bit deeper and make some more renders to judge the new skin shader. For now I only see that it is not that different to the state before. Also because of the fact that Iray itself hasn't changed.

2021-02-06 14:22:02 +0000 UTCAs far as I understand, Genesis 8.1 can take legacy morphs, so I'm sure you can make some great stuff with that. But besides the boy'ish looks, I really think the skin looks extremely good with the new shaders!
