"The Lesser of Two Evils" (Alpha) An Interactive Halloween Special

Happy Halloween Tricks and Treat! For our first feature clip for this spooky season, we decided to go a bit ambitious and make a video with more fantastical/experimental elements, including art by @GoddessVore and an additional interactive adaptation of the film by El Portero (see here: https://bit.ly/37ZX8xW)

""The Lesser of Two Evils" features You, yes YOU, coming home after a long day of work to get some shuteye. However, some strange sounds catch your attention before finally drifting off to sleep... Then, you wake up, except you can't move. You're paralyzed, motionless, just as two creeping figures crawl out of the darkness and overtop of you. You meet the two succubi, Dulcis and Cerbus, your own special brand of sleep paralysis demons, here to coax you out of bed. You may not be able to move, but they can move you, and it's their wish that you to go with them... will you?"

As the title implies, this is an interactive video! Much like the interactive size stories popular on writing.com (a personal favorite of mine), this video will have a few portions where you can choose which path to take by skipping to the provided timestamps, or you can just watch the video play out and see every path. We were intrigued to experiment with the form in this way and hope we can implement something like this to a more thorough degree in the future.

For those seeing this on Halloween, I'll have to partially apologize. I promised this release for last week in hopes of sharing it publicly on Halloween. If only life were that easy. Irl obligations demanding my attention kept me from being able to devote my full time into this, along with the Wiking collab and other collabs taking precedence. This verison of the video isn't the most realized cut, so in the time between now and the public release next Saturday, I'll be updating the sounds and trouble spots to the best of my ability. That being said, I still hope you enjoy what we were able to put together, and look forward to the fully realized edition.
