MESSAGE TO ALL PATRONS
Added 2020-05-28 20:48:19 +0000 UTCSo, I've just got a message from Patreon. They're telling me that some new law is passing and that means that sales tax is going to have to be applied to some patrons. I don't know which ones, I guess different laws apply to different locations.
As recommended, I've updated my tiers. They're the same, they offer the same things, but now they're a little more organized, I guess? I'm not completely sure what it is they want me to do.
I think the bottom line is that some people might be paying a little more per month from now on, so take a look at your patronage and see if it still makes sense. If you decide to pull support, I'll understand.
