Very appropriate T-shirt, Kazzy! (Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon?). Also, from what I understand, people who have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) manifest alternate personalities to help them cope with stressful and traumatic situations - it's less about having an "evil" alternate self (which is an unfair stereotype) and more like trying to find help from aspects of yourself.
