While everything that gets at least one vote has a chance for success on the Wheel of Judgement, it was the uncharacteristically democratic outcome that the campaign which got the most votes came out on top this time.
Starting from Wednesday 19th 1800CET and onwards, we shall be taking the brutal march forward to recreating the Soviet Bloc at its territorial height as Montenegro on Very Hard mode, including Satellite States. If Russian Boots were on the ground ensuring a co...

Good day all.
For the past few years I've been streaming and making YouTube videos hand-in-hand with working a full time job. This solution has, for the most part, worked out fine. I've been able to work at a job I love with Paradox, while enjoying streaming on the evenings and weekends.
Over the past year however, I've found this duality conflicting. As my role at Paradox has demanded greater and greater time and energy from me (which, let's be clear here, I've ...

With the Pirate Naxos campaign all set to wrap up this week, and my Streaming schedule turning full-time, it's time to vote on the next EU4 Campaign. Up to bat we have the two previous poll choices as well as a new addition.
Up for the vote are:
Big Blue Bloc: Starting as Montenegro, Recreate the Soviet Bloc, Satellite States and all.

Votes were split right down the centre between Naxos and PRome, but the wheel of judgement has decided that it's time to take to the high seas as the little pirate island. This'll be the first campaign pursuing a Pirate government form, and with an unusual goal: majority piracy in all coastal nodes. I expect the Ottomans to be an ever present threat.
Since there was a lot of support for both PRome and Big Blue Bloc, we'll have both of those in the running for the next p...

With our previous campaign winner Granada fighting down its final coalitions, it's time to start thinking about the next campaign . Up to bat are another three nations with their unique goals. It's up to you to vote on which you want to see, and they will then be spun on the wheel of decisions to see which will be played.
Up for the vote are:
Big Blue Bloc

With Elephant Horde completed (barely) in time for Golden Century, it's time to look towards the next campaign. As is often the case, we have three campaigns up for vote, and it's up to you to decide which will be done. Votes will be tallied up, and the more votes a campaign has, the bigger its slice on the wheel when I spin it to decide who the winner is.

Against all odds we have succeeded with Bad Ideas Guy 2, now it's time for a short campaign before Dharma hits the shelves. Up for the voting process are these mini-campaigns:
Restoring Armenia's borders to their greatest extent: https://i0.wp.com/www.armenica.org/history...

Time for the next Simulation Game vote. We'll be ploughing through and wrapping up Tropico 4 and need the next Sim game ready to roll. Of the following games I think I have a combined 30 minutes clocked, so it'll be an adventure any way.
Remember each vote you place gives your selected game a bigger slice of the wheel when we roll for which to play. No vote is wasted, and while more ...

Seasons greetings from the frozen wastelands of the Scottish Highlands, where I am spending the festive season. The situation here is not very conducive for streaming, so expect regular video and streams to return around the 5th January when I return to Sweden.
Speaking of streams, during the December Giveaway, we rolled the results from the earlier polls, and Stardew Valley won the Simulation Longplay, while Unlucky Lucca will be our next EU4 Campaign.
As Part of Unlucky Lucca, we...

Previously we've had some longer plays of Simulation or sim-esque games with Harvest Moon Back to Nature, Banished, Caesar and Rune Factory. The next longplay is to be decided by you.

Up to bat are:
Star Citizen, the infamously in-development space game.
Stardew Valley, the ultimate time-eating farming sim
Rune Factory Tides of Destiny, a console addition...

First of the pollings for the next EU4 campaign.

Bad Ideas Guy 2 will be a new version of the Bad Ideas Guy run, where a custom nation with truly terrible ideas will have to rise and thrive to gain a monthly income of 500 ducats. Perhaps additionally poorly thought-out goals will be added
Unlucky Lucca will be an attempt at the Lucky Lucca achievement, but with periodic chance-b...

Good day all. It struck me recently that, in terms of getting feedback on my channel, I've not really gotten any. I've always done things my own way with little regard for anyone's preferences but my own.
Fundamentally, that's not about to change any time soon, but it's interesting to me what brings people to the channel, what they enjoy and what they feel could be done differently. There are indeed ideas out there that I'm going to think are cracking additions or changes to ...

Wow, it's been almost a year since I set this thing up, time for a big old update.
First off, PDX Con is coming up. If you're going to be trundling over to Stockholm for the big Paradox event of the year then give me a heads up so we can grab a drink or burger or whatever. Tickets have been selling pretty fast on that and the Golden Tickets are already sold out, but if you're interested it should be pretty awesome. 2017-03-05 22:21:19 +0000 UTC
