I read the book and saw the David Lynch film, so I'm a little biased when it comes to Dune in general. I'm also one of the few that liked the original film. I still remember the shock of seeing Sting in the movie, and the shock a few years later at seeing Patrick Stewart in ST:TNG. The scenes with the Harkonnen look like a better representation to what I imaged, but hard to tell without a closeup. Still, I'm in heightened anticipation for the premiere of this movie.
