This episode hit me so hard , I felt very bad for Mark , the train scene in particular was so difficult for me to watch...Gosh Omni Man is freaking evil! , Kazzy Who do you think is worse Homelander or Omni Man ?

Thank you so much for checking out Invincible. Glad that you loved it. Season finale is easily my favorite of the series so far. It’s Man of Steel meets Empire Strikes Back. It doesn’t hold back on the violence, it’s not afraid to have a dark ending. And it puts the characters in a worst place. This episode was insane, epic and emotional. The performances of the cast is top tier. Not gonna lie, I cried my eyes out in this episode. Invincible is hands down my favorite comic book show so far. So excited for season 2 & 3!!

What’s amazing about Invincible, is while it *looks* like an animated show, it *feels* like it’s written for live action. (And something I’m puzzled by: the warning is for: flashing lights. But what about all the gore, crushing skulls, ripping bodies in half, or all the blood, or adult language? Nary a mention. Don’t misunderstand me, I amm loving this show, absolutely, but I found myself wincing and turning away from the screen, and I don’t remember seeing any flashing. Funny that.)

I never heard about Invincible before Prime. I choose to go in completely blind and show only from now on. I think the VAs can deliver so much more than I imagine the comic can, especially J.K Simmons. The anger when he was getting frustrated with Mark was unreal, J.K Simmons is amazing. Mark has a lot of heat, A LOT. Some writers don't handle Superman that well so i can't blame the character for that, but Mark Greyson is what I imagine Clark Kent to be. The kid just has a lot of heart and love for his people. Like I said I never read the comics, but according to the show and Viltrum Flashback, Omni Man is seemingly supposed to be the NICEST Viltrum? What can you do against a people like that? How old is the grey haired looking dude supposed to be if they liv for thousands of years? I can't wait for season 2 and 3, which were already picked up and confirmed before 1 even ended.lol

Previously on "Kazzy Reacts" : "Don't make them fight !!" I saw a lot of things in my life, and this episode was surely the most violent. Had it not been in cartoon it would have been way too hard to stomach ( and probably not even able to be put on tv without some cuts ). The story is out of this world and I also can't wait for season 2.. Keep at it !!

If you want to watch something similar, I'd highly recommend the movie "Brightburn" (2019) which is a kind of parody of the Superman origin story, no spoilers, you get the small amount I said from the trailer anyway :)
