PATRONS! Thank you guys for your donations. Don't worry, it's not so I can horde more gear ;). I'm doing more research on connecting sewn loops together since I believe it is the future of highlining. Where anyone can connect their piece of webbing to another person's piece. Slackers who don't have thousands of dollars to spend on 1 piece of large webbing, which will rarely get rigged, can team up and rig any length any time. This is already being done but is untested. I believe it is safe but I don't promote anything in my videos that isn't super safe-ish. I'm really stoked on this as it will change the webbing market as we know it. If sewn loops for connection is adopted, then fixed lengths (of 100 meters for example) with sewn loops can be sold and that can reduce webbing prices and open up a lot more options. And if a big piece gets damaged, your screwed unless you can get someone to sew them together but that should be tested before use ideally. Anyways, I'm also ordering bolts and glue from several companies today so I can have them in hand when I film the Bolting Bible.
