How to - an instruction how to upload Foundry module

From time to time, - which in my case is an equivalent of "often" word - I get some questions about how to install my maps in Foundry. Well, the simplest way is to use Moulinette module which is in-game cloud content browser. However not everybody has Moulinette, not everybody likes it and some maps aren't there.
So here I prepared a nice instruction how to load Foundry modules via manifest URL. Additionally the doc contains a list of those links, so you don't have to look up for them on the g-drive
