How To: Vocal Processing

This is a common issue i find in mix downs and something i know i benefited from learning. its a general rule to figure out a good base line for your vocals from which you can expand on.

correct yes! rule of thumb, any processing you want to only effect the vocal, put that before any FX. and processing that takes place AFTER the FX is going to squish or change how the FX and vocal as a whole will sound.
