POLL : POST or VIDEO ?

Do you prefer watching/listening to videos or reading posts when it comes to me talking about my process? (particularly the deep-dive videos)
I was thinking of perhaps making posts with clear "pros and cons" slides for each of the sketches I do when I research a new illustration, so that you can easily see my thought process for every drawing, instead of having to listen to me ramble about it in videos.
The posts would show each sketch done while I work on a piece, with a list next to each sketch detailing in a concise way what I liked about and what I didn't.
Would that be more or less engaging than the videos I have been uploading for you so far?
