Here is your video for November!
I promise I will work harder at getting those to you earlier in the month in the future.
This video is different to the others in that it is not a timelapse of a painting, but rather a deep-dive into my thought process while exploring a concept I would like to create a big painting with.
The video is in two parts :
1) I analyse my older sketches during which I came up with this idea, and talk you through the things I like with each and the things I want to leave behind.
2) I then start exploring the concept further, and filmed my sketching process. I walk you through a detailed explanation of my decisions and my notes.
THIS VIDEO DOES NOT CONTAIN THE FINAL PAINTING, OR EVEN A FINAL SKETCH.
It shows my rough sketches and my thumbnails, but delves into my thought process and intentions for the piece in detail.
It basically shows you how an idea forms in my head, why I make the decisions I make along the way, and what my overall intentions for the image are.
