Hi lovely peeps,

Here's another Daily Doodle Diary batch!

Most of these were from reference for the basic pose, with a few extrapolations here and there.

I was in France visiting my parents from the 24th of July so took the opportunity to draw our lovely little family cat a few times.
I am terrified of drawing live things that don't hold still because my ego can't take the fact that I suck at it but every time I do do it I can tell that it is a really good exercise, haha.

Weirdly enough, I think that above spread in my favourite of this batch. Having memories attached to sketches always adds something to them, even when they aren't necessarily a technical success.

More little cat drawings. She's the loveliest thing this cat. We took her to the vet for a check up while I was visiting, (she is 15 after all) and the vet was very impressed by how lovely and healthy she was.

I am struggling to figure out how to draw eyes in a way I like, so practiced from reference for a bit. There is something both geometric and organic about eyes that I want to figure out properly in my style.
