I don't think so. Dracomage just kinda showed up, insisting Brian continue the campaign, then we got some characters from the campaign (and supporting characters for them, like Prancy) and some of Brian's inner fears. Then agents of the Devourer showed up in the Grayside to attack him. Honestly, given he apparently hasn't been able to go to work but also hasn't been fired (I just reread all the comics he's tagged in to catch up), I'm not entirely certain he's really in the "real" world anymore, but it's hard to say.
