"Charlatan", Character Concepts (Quinn)

Character concepts for a new original story line named, "Charlatan". This is the main character, "Quinn." I still haven't settled on a design for him yet, but I have a rough idea of what I want him to look like. While warming up to work I might doodle new character concepts for titles that may or may not come to be.
