Most likely Intel-only. Typically development builds like this only target certain hardware.

I think it could be fun to make an unscripted episode where you attempt to complete the process that was interrupted at the factory and make it ready for the customer with 10.6 and iLife. Another thought: since this is internal software, does it run on Intel only or is it a Universal build of Snow Leopard?
